Orders

You can keep track of your orders any time through "My Account" and manage or change your personal data and contact details.

Order confirmation - You will receive an email confirming your order once the payment has been made successfully. All CMYK items are delivered through our reputed courier partner FedEX who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the FedEX website.

Out of Stock- Unfortunately if a product is out of stock then it might take some time to procure it. But please let us know which book you want to order by sending us an email on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Payments

CMYK offers two methods to make payments for the order: Credit Card & Debit Card and all card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateway CC Avenue uses sophisticated encryption technology to protect your card information. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, presently we don’t offer Cash on Delivery as a method for payment.

No hidden charges - We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 200 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 30 for delivery.

For international deliveries, the shipment charges are calculated according to the weight and size of the book. The prices listed for all items (books and products) are final and all-inclusive.

Shipping

We have tied up with FedEX for domestic as well as international deliveries and follow their rates for courier/shipments accordingly.

Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in either our warehouse or CMYK retail stores, and will usually takes 2-3 business days to reach our customers. For international orders, the date you receive your parcel will depend on the country of delivery and will usually take 2-4 weeks.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

Cancellations & Returns
